Maple Mezcal Sour

I recently stumbled upon a store in Nolita, a borough of Manhattan north of Little Italy, called The Meadow. They specialize in bitters, salt, and chocolate, and flowers (what’s not to love), and I had to have these Yuzu Bitters by Miracle Mile. If you ever have the chance to visit this store in New York (they even have a location in Portland, OR!), definitely go! You won’t be disappointed.

This maple mezcal sour is bright, silky, and smokey.

It was created by Death & Co’s Joaquín Simó, “The Naked & Famous is indeed the bastard love child borne out of an illicit Oaxacan love affair between a classic Last Word and Sam Ross' Paper Plane cocktail.”
