Mezcal Negroni Bianco

I think we’ve established that I have a love for mezcal, negronis, and infusions… So here we are with this mezcal negroni bianco (with an easy twist!) ✨🌼

Ingredients:

  • 4 dashes orange bitters, plus more for spritzing

  • 1 oz chamomile-infused dry vermouth

  • 1 oz èlicser combier (most bitter or gentian liqueur will work)

  • 1 oz mezcal

  • garnish: dried chamomile flowers

Directions:

Add orange bitters, dry vermouth, bitter liqueur, and Lobos Mezcal into a cocktail mixing glass. Add a good amount of ice and stir for at least 20-30 seconds. Spritz a chilled rocks glass with orange bitters (you can also do a slight rinse). Strain into the glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with dried chamomile flowers.

CHAMOMILE-INFUSED DRY VERMOUTH

Simply add 1 teaspoon of dried chamomile flowers for every ½ cup of dry vermouth. Add into a mason jar and leave in the refrigerator overnight. Strain through a cheesecloth and store in the refrigerator.
