I'm, a Pittsburgh-based recipe developer, content creator, and author of Drinks for Every Taste. With more than ten years of experience in the restaurant industry, I've spent my career exploring the delicious intersection of food, drink, and hospitality. Through my platform, @drinksbyevie, I share technique-forward cocktails, unexpected flavor combinations, and recipes that encourage you to think a little differently about what's inside your glass.

My approach to cocktails is rooted in a simple idea: the best drinks start with understanding flavor. I want to take the guesswork (and the intimidation) out of making great cocktails, helping you understand not just what goes into a drink, but why it works. I believe making drinks should be less about rules, ego, and showing off what you know, and more about curiosity, creativity, and having a damn good time simply by creating something good as fuck. It's about trying something a little weird, learning from the occasional failure, and discovering that the best part of knowing the rules is knowing when to break them.
