I’m Evie. I’m a recipe developer and content creator based in good ol’ Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry, my ambition is to make the art of the craft cocktail more accessible (and less daunting!) for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own homes. As @drinksbyevie has been up and running for over 4 years, I’ve discovered an undying love for doing funky twists on the classics and savory cocktails.

At the end of it all, it’s about making drinks without an ego. It’s all about keeping it real, having fun, and maybe showing off just a little bit. It's about embracing our inherent desire to create, to play, and to experiment.

This is my invitation to you to embrace our natural impulse to create, to engage in playful experimentation, and to explore the boundless possibilities that bubble to the surface when passion meets knowledge. I’ve learned first-hand, that when you’re fueled by passion and armed with knowledge, the possibilities are endless, and it’s the closest thing to magic there is!

Outside of creating cocktails, my life pretty much revolves around food, friends, and family. I love to whip up some recipes in the kitchen, decorate my apartment, host dinner parties, discover new restaurants and bars, do the NYT crossword puzzle, or stumble upon a few antique stores. My big three are Aries, Leo, & Leo (hello, fire signs) and the love of my life is my weenie dog named Pepper.
