Keen on Peach

Earl grey and mezcal is the combo you didn’t know you needed! Got the inspo for this at Altar Bar in Brooklyn, New York. It’s so so delicious and a super fun way to infuse some of your favorite spirits with your favorite teas.

Ingredients:

• ½ oz orgeat

• 1 oz lime juice

• 1 oz peach liqueur

• 2 oz earl grey infused mezcal

• garnish: lime wheel

Directions:

Add 4 earl grey tea bags to approximately 2 cups of mezcal. Let it sit for about an hour and then remove the tea bags.

To build the cocktail, add orgeat, lime juice, peach liqueur, and infused mezcal to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a lime wheel.
