Division Bell
The Division Bell is a mezcal-inspired variation of the beloved Paper Plane. With the substitution of Mezcal, the result is a smokey, spirit-forward cocktail.
Ingredients:
1 oz mezcal
¾ oz aperol
½ oz maraschino liqueur
¾ oz lime juice
garnish: orange twist
Directions:
Combine mezcal, aperol, maraschino, and lime juice into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for approximately thirty seconds, until chilled. Double strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with an orange twist.
