Negroni Bianco Bergamotto

We love an equal parts cocktail so here’s an easy one for a Sunday wind down! She is beauty, she is grace, she is the Negroni Bianco Bergamotto.

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz dry vermouth

  • 1 oz bergamot liqueur

  • 1 oz gin

  • garnish: castelvetrano olive + lemon twist

Directions:

Add ingredients into a cocktail mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled and properly diluted. Strain into a cold rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a lemon twist and an olive for a nice lil snack.
