The Graza Gibson

GLASSWARE: THRIFTED COUPE

This olive oil elevated riff on the traditional Gibson will satisfy all of your savory tastebuds — calling all olive lovers!

Ingredients:

  • 2½ oz gin

  • ¾ oz dry vermouth

  • ⅓ oz cocktail onion brine

  • fresh cracked black pepper

  • Graza “Drizzle” olive oil

  • garnish: 1 cocktail onion + 1 castelvetrano olive

Directions:

Add gin, vermouth, and onion brine into a cocktail mixing glass. Add ice and stir for approximately thirty seconds (dilution is key to perfecting this cocktail!). Strain into a coupe glass. Top with a few cracks of black pepper and 5-7 drops of @getgraza olive oil. Garnish with onion and olive as an accoutrement.
