Smoked Rosemary Negroni
Ingredients:
2 rosemary sprigs
1 oz sweet vermouth
1 oz campari
1 oz gin
orange twist
Directions:
Light rosemary sprig with a wooden match until smoking — carefully place on fireproof surface. Flip a chilled rocks glass upside down on top of the smoldering rosemary to capture the smoke.
In a separate cocktail mixing glass, add sweet vermouth, campari, and gin. Add ice and stir for at least 30 seconds.
Strain into the rocks glass over a large ice cube.
Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig and orange twist.
