Pickled Pepper Martini

GLASSWARE: THRIFTED COUPE GLASS

I love a good riff on a classic Vesper Martini, and this one makes my mouth pucker just thinking about it. If you’re a fan of pickled peppers (think pepperoncini or piparra), don’t second guess adding a little bit of the brine to your next martini.

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz vodka

  • 1 oz gin

  • ¾ oz dry vermouth

  • drop of pickled pepper brine

  • garnish: piparra pepper

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a cocktail mixing glass. Add ice and stir for approximately thirty seconds. Strain into coupe glass. Garnish with a piparra pepper.
