Fancy Vodka Soda

GLASSWARE: CRYSTAL HIGHBALL GLASSES (VISKI)

This is one of the cocktails I taught at my first in-person cocktail class, Sip & Snip! I wanted to chat through how easy it is to elevate one of the simplest cocktails, the vodka soda, with some fresh ingredients that are easily accessible.

Ingredients:

• 3 raspberries

• ½ oz rosemary syrup

• ¾ oz lemon uuice

• 1½ oz vodka

• soda water

• garnish: edible flowers + rosemary sprig

Directions:

Add raspberries, rosemary syrup, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker and gently muddle. Add vodka along with a good amount of ice and shake for thirty seconds. Dump the entire contents of the shaker into a tall glass, add more ice, and top with soda water. Garnish with edible flowers and rosemary sprig.
