Vanilla Aperol Mule

A Vanilla Aperol Mule to enjoy during the weird time between Christmas and NYE 🤨 what day is it? I really like the nuttiness and creaminess the orgeat gives this cocktail, so don’t skip out on it!

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz orgeat

  • ¾ oz orange juice

  • ½ oz lime juice

  • ¾ oz aperol

  • 1½ oz vanilla vodka

  • ginger beer

  • garnish: lime wheel, rosemary sprig, grated nutmeg

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously until chilled. Strain into a tall glass over crushed ice. Too with ginger beer. Garnish with lime wheel, rosemary sprig, and freshly grated nutmeg.
