Spiced Stone Fruit Sour
I’ve been trying my hardest to embrace these last few weeks of summer before we jump into all things fall… BUT I feel like this one is a perfect transition to those autumn vibes while still delivering bright, end of summer flavors, ya feel me?
ingredients!
• ¾ oz rosemary syrup
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1½ oz apricot purée
• ¼ oz ginger liqueur
• 1½ oz gin
• club soda
• garnish: rosemary sprig + lemon wheel
directions!
Add syrup, lemon juice, apricot purée, ginger liqueur, and gin to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into glass of choice, over fresh ice, and top with club soda. Give it a little stir and garnish with a rosemary sprig and lemon wheel.
