Clarified Coconut Brandy Punch

This French brandy is so versatile, perfectly crafted for those who love to try new things and push the boundaries of traditional cocktails!! Literally no better way to go out of your comfort zone than with this lovely clarified coconut clear punch.
Ingredients!
4 oz St-Rémy Signature
4 oz pineapple juice
1 oz lime juice
1½ oz cream of coconut
3 oz whole milk
Garnish: pineapple leaf
Directions!
Add St-Rémy Signature, pineapple juice, lime juice, and cream of coconut to a mixing glass and stir. In another mixing glass, add the milk. Slowly pour the cocktail into the glass of milk. Let it sit while the milk creates curds (usually about 1-3 hours).
Strain through a coffee-filter lined fine mesh sieve, into a clean mixing glass.
To serve, pour into a chilled rocks glass over fresh ice and garnish with a pineapple leaf.
