Cinnamango Marg
GLASSWARE: VISKI ANGLED CRYSTAL COCKTAIL TUMBLERS
August is coming to a close so that means I’m going to be soaking up every last bit of summer while simultaneously craving all things autumn 🥲 I feel like this is a perfect lil transition cocktail as we swing the pendulum between seasons!!
Ingredients:
½ oz cream of coconut
1 oz mango juice
¾ oz lime juice
dash of cinnamon
¾ oz cointreau
2 oz tequila blanco
garnish: habanero sugar/cinnamon rim, lime wheel
Directions:
Begin by rimming your glass – you can do this by brushing on a little bit of agave on the glass and then sprinkling the habanero sugar/cinnamon mixture over a plate to catch the excess. Set aside.
Add cream of coconut, mango juice, lime juice, dash of cinnamon, cointreau, and tequila into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake until chilled.
Double strain into prepared glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a lime wheel.
