This is your sign to start muddling some fresh bell peppers into your summer cocktails hehe

Ingredients!

  • handful of chopped bell pepper

  • 4-6 fresh basil leaves

  • ½ oz agave

  • ¾ oz lime juice

  • 6 drops spicy bitters

  • ½ oz mezcal

  • 1½ oz tequila reposado

  • garnish: lime wheel and basil sprig

Directions!

Add chopped bell pepper, basil leaves, agave, and lime juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add spicy bitters, mezcal, and tequila, along with a good amount of ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a basil sprig and a lime wheel.
