Michelada

GLASSWARE: discontinued Viski highball

WATCH ME MAKE IT HERE!

I’m not a die hard beer lover UNLESS it’s in a Michelada (obviously)!! So you will never catch me having beer in my fridge unless I’m having brunch at my place.

Ingredients:

  • juice of half of a lime

  • few dashes of soy sauce (you can also use Jugo Maggi seasoning)

  • few dashes of worcestershire sauce

  • hot sauce (to taste) – I’m using Valentina!

  • 2 oz Clamato juice

  • a pinch of Tajin

  • Modelo

  • garnish: chamoy/tajin rim, cucumber ribbons

Directions:

Rim a tall glass with chamoy first and then tajin. Directly into the glass, juice the lime, and add the soy sauce, worcestershire, hot sauce, clamato juice, and tajin. Stir, add ice halfway, and top with the Modelo (I suggest using a large glass for this!). Garnish with 3 cucumber ribbons.
