Pineapple Cherry Collins

Something the pairing of pineapple and cherries reminds me of the holidays — the cherry syrup from the Luxardo brandied cherries absolutely MAKES this drink; don’t skip out on this step!

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz pineapple juice

  • ⅔ oz lemon juice

  • 2-3 bar spoons of brandied cherry syrup

  • ½ oz luxardo maraschino

  • 1½ oz gin (would be great with white rum!)

  • club soda*

  • lemon wheel + 2 brandied cherries

Directions:

Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, cherry syrup, luxardo maraschino liqueur, and gin in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice into a collins glass and top with club soda. Garnish with lemon wheel and two brandied cherries.
