Pineapple Cherry Collins
Something the pairing of pineapple and cherries reminds me of the holidays — the cherry syrup from the Luxardo brandied cherries absolutely MAKES this drink; don’t skip out on this step!
Ingredients:
1 oz pineapple juice
⅔ oz lemon juice
2-3 bar spoons of brandied cherry syrup
½ oz luxardo maraschino
1½ oz gin (would be great with white rum!)
club soda*
lemon wheel + 2 brandied cherries
Directions:
Combine pineapple juice, lemon juice, cherry syrup, luxardo maraschino liqueur, and gin in a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice into a collins glass and top with club soda. Garnish with lemon wheel and two brandied cherries.
