Ring in the new year with this Empress 75. Bubbly drinks scream celebration, and the beautiful color of this cocktail makes it even better.
Ingredients:
1½ oz Empress Gin
½ oz elderflower liqueur
½ oz lemon juice
top with prosecco
garnish: lemon twist
Directions:
Add gin, elderflower liqueur, and lemon juice to a flute glass (you can add a little simple syrup if you want it sweeter). Stir gently to combine. Top with chilled prosecco and garnish with lemon twist.
