Negroni Bianco

When I said there were MANY variations of the classic Negroni, I meant it. What a Negroni truly breaks down to be is 1 part bitter, 1 part sweet, and 1 part strong. Even with the Bianco version, you can experiment with different “bitters” and different “sweets.”

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz dry vermouth (or Lillet Blanc!)

  • 1 oz Suze liqueur (or Salers!)

  • 1 oz gin

  • Garnish: lemon twist

Directions:

In a cocktail mixing glass, add dry vermouth, Suze, and gin. Add ice and stir for approximately thirty seconds (dilution is key to perfecting this cocktail!). Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Garnish with a lemon twist.
