Frozen Negroni

There’s nothing better than a frozen cocktail when it hasn’t dropped below 90°F in a week. But a frozen negroni — there’s nothing better than that, period. I added a couple of golden berries for an extra tang, and it’s absolutely perfection!

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz sweet vermouth

  • 2 oz campari

  • 2 oz gin

  • 6 oz freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 6 golden berries (optional)

  • 1 oz simple syrup

  • 2 cups ice

  • garnish: orange wedge

Directions:

Add all ingredients into a blender with a good amount of ice and blend until you’ve reached desired consistency. Garnish with orange wedge.
