Cotton Candy Enzoni

GLASSWARE: MERIDIAN TUMBLERS

I’ve been wanting to make this cocktail for soooo long and as soon as I saw cotton candy grapes at the grocery store, it was time! You can also use regular green grapes but I do think the cotton candy ones reallllly make a difference here if you’re into that flavor 💚

Ingredients:

  • 5 cotton candy grapes

  • ½ oz simple syrup

  • ¾ oz lemon juice

  • 1 oz campari (can also use aperol, would be so good!)

  • 1 oz dry gin

Directions:

  1. Add 4 grapes, simple syrup, and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker and muddle.

  2. Add campari and gin along with ice and shake until chilled.

  3. Double strain into a rocks glass over a fresh ice and garnish with a single grape.
