Pistachio Martini

Bringing ya more martini things with this pistachio martini! Kind of obsessed with the color on this one, and definitely worth making your own pistachio orgeat. I’m sure you can find pistachio syrup but it might be a lil too sweet, so dial it back if you use the stuff from the store!

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz pistachio orgeat

  • 1 oz full fat oat milk (I prefer Oatly)

  • 1 oz pistachio liqueur

  • ¾ oz crème de cacao blanc

  • 1½ oz vanilla vodka

  • garnish: salted pistachios (crushed & sifted)

Directions:

Add orgeat, milk, pistachio liqueur, crème de cacao, and vanilla vodka into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish by sifting the crushed pistachios through a fine mesh sieve directly on top of the cocktail.
