Rum Punch

Pineapple! Passion fruit! Rum! Punch! What’s summer without a little batched cocktail action? It’s also extremely easy (and we love that for a hot summer day).

Ingredients:

  • 2 oz cream of coconut

  • 2 oz lime juice

  • 6 oz pineapple juice

  • 6 oz passion fruit juice

  • 16 oz rum of choice

  • club soda

  • garnish: freshly grated nutmeg, lime wheel

Directions:

Add cream of coconut, fruit juices, and rum into a pitcher and stir. Pour over fresh ice (about ¾ of the way) and top with club soda. Garnish with fresh nutmeg and a fresh lime wheel. This should serve about 8.
