Bitter Citrus Sour

There’s nothing prettier than an egg white cocktail with all of my favorite things 🫡

Ingredients:

• 1 oz blood orange juice

• 1 oz lemon juice

• 1 oz simple syrup

• ¾ oz @drinkveso bitter citrus aperitif

• 2 oz gin

• 1 egg white

• garnish: blood orange wheel

Directions:

Combine blood orange juice, lemon juice, syrup, aperitif, gin, and egg white to a cocktail shaker. Shake to emulsify the egg white (or use a hand frother!). Add ice and shake again, until chilled.
