Spiced Bourbon Sour

Sour-style cocktails are in my top 3 favorite types of cocktails of all time! I’ve learned a lot about my palette over the years, and there’s something so delicious to me about a tart drink. Combining that with the comforting flavors of fall, sign me TF up.

If you find yourself sensitive to sour flavors, try scaling back the 1 ounce of lemon juice for ¾ ounce!

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz rosemary syrup

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 1 oz ginger liqueur

  • 2 oz bourbon

  • garnish: rosemary sprig

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for approximately thirty seconds, until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Garnish with a rosemary sprig.
