Pumpkin Spice Bourbon White Russian

We’re back on the pumpkin spice train (to be honest, did we ever stop?) — if you’re a lover of the White Russian cocktail, you’ll have to give this seasonal riff with bourbon a try.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz pumpkin spice syrup

  • 1 oz coffee liqueur

  • 1½ oz bourbon

  • 2 oz heavy cream

  • garnish: ground pumpkin spice

Directions:

Combine syrup, coffee liqueur, and bourbon into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for approximately thirty seconds, until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube. Slowly pour the heavy cream on top and garnish with ground pumpkin spice.
