Buzz Tea

Have you ever heard of a Sichuan button? They’re a unique flower that accomplishes the a similar effect of Sichuan peppers —they have a grassy, citrus-like flavor with mild astringency. When eaten, the flowers release an active compound that gives the mouth a numbing, tingling sensation and stimulates the saliva glands inducing a natural cooling effect.” Take a small bite and enjoy the ride of drinking this tea cocktail!
