Mexican Martini
GLASSWARE: thrifted, but here’s similar
Time for the gin and vodka to take a lil break cause I’ll be drinking Mexican martinis from now on!
Ingredients:
½ oz lime juice
¾ oz olive brine
½ oz triple sec or orange liqueur
2½ oz good quality tequila reposado
garnish: salt rim + 3 olives (I would def take this opportunity to stuff some olives with cotija cheese or something!!!)
Directions:
Rim the side of a martini glass with some flakey salt and place in the freezer while you build the rest of your cocktail. In a cocktail shaker, add lime juice, olive brine, Cointreau, and tequila along with ice and shake until chilled. Double strain into prepared martini glass and garnish with olives.
