Jungle Bird

The Jungle Bird is a little sweet, a little boozy, and a little bitter — with the addition of orgeat syrup, it adds a slight almond flavor and I cannnnnot get enough of this summer drink!

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz orgeat syrup

  • ¾ oz lime juice

  • 1½ oz pineapple juice

  • ¾ oz campari

  • 1½ oz rum

  • garnish: pineapple leaf + brandied cherry

Directions:

Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add ice and shake vigorously for approximately thirty seconds, until chilled. Strain into a glass over pebble or crushed ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and brandied cherry.
