Holiday Paper Plane

If it were left up to me, I’d put an egg white in every cocktail I make (well, almost). The Paper Plane is a cocktail that is near and dear to my heart, and with the easy substitution of amaretto (instead of bourbon), you’ve got yourself a cozy, slightly sweet, holiday cocktail.
Ingredients:
¾ oz lemon juice
¾ oz amaro nonino
¾ oz bitter red liqueur
¾ oz amaretto
1 egg white
garnish: lemon wheel
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine lemon juice, nonino amaro, select aperitivo, amaretto, and egg white. Shake vigorously for thirty seconds. Add ice and shake again. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.
