The Grinch's Glory
I had two goals in mind when creating this drink: one, to make something green, and two, to experiment with some of the liqueurs hiding in the back of my bar cabinet. After a bit of trial and error, the Grinch’s Glory was born — it’s herbal, fresh, and strong.
Ingredients:
6 mint leaves
¾ oz lime juice
¾ oz yellow chartreuse
¾ oz cocalero
¾ oz elderflower liqueur
¾ oz dry gin
Directions:
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a large mint leaf.
