Fig Honey Whiskey Sour

GLASSWARE: MERIDIAN TUMBLERS

I love making sour style cocktails (especially with egg whites!) but you really have to shake the sh*t out of it lol. I’ll be drinking this fig honey whiskey sour all holiday season long!

Ingredients:

  • 1 oz fig honey syrup

  • 1 oz lemon juice

  • 2 oz bourbon

  • ¾ oz egg white

  • garnish: bitters, dried fig

Directions:

Add all of the ingredients to a shaker and shake without ice to emulsify the egg white. Add ice and shake again. Pour over fresh ice into a rocks glass (or serve it up!) and garnish with bitters and a dried fig.
