Yuletide Sparkler

This is SUCH a fun recipe to serve at any of your holiday parties! While it looks relatively fancy, it’s so so so easy and will guarantee to turn heads.

It was a pleasure to create this recipe for a dear family friend, as she took the stage at 54 Below to sing some holiday songs and spread Christmas cheer!

Ingredients:

Directions:

Add rosemary syrup, st-germaine, and cranberry juice to a champagne flute. Stir gently. Top with prosecco and garnish with a rosemary sprig and cranberries.

ROSEMARY SYRUP

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup sugar

  • ½ cup water

  • 2-3 rosemary sprigs

Directions:

Combine sugar, water, and rosemary sprigs into a medium sauce pan and bring to a simmer. Once sugar is dissolved, remove from heat and let the flavors steep while the syrup cools completely (about 30 minutes to an hour). Once cooled, strain out the rosemary, and transfer syrup into an airtight container.  Store in the refrigerator for about two to three weeks.
