Smoked Rosemary Negroni

Ingredients:

  • 2 rosemary sprigs

  • 1 oz sweet vermouth

  • 1 oz campari

  • 1 oz gin

  • orange twist

Directions:

  1. Light rosemary sprig with a wooden match until smoking — carefully place on fireproof surface. Flip a chilled rocks glass upside down on top of the smoldering rosemary to capture the smoke.

  2. In a separate cocktail mixing glass, add sweet vermouth, campari, and gin. Add ice and stir for at least 30 seconds.

  3. Strain into the rocks glass over a large ice cube.

  4. Garnish with fresh rosemary sprig and orange twist.
