Great Gatsby
I love this cocktail because not only is it a lovely opportunity for an aperitif, but it could also work at your next brunch get together. It’s a subtle sipper.
Ingredients:
2 oz grapefruit juice
1 oz Lillet Blanc
1 oz vodka
garnish: blood orange or grapefruit slice
Directions:
In a cocktail shaker, combine grapefruit juice, Lillet Blanc, and vodka with ice and shake. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and garnish with citrus of choice.
