Dirty Gin Martini
Ah, the dirty martini. Critiqued, loved, and hated by many alike. I’m here for any cocktail that has an accoutrement. The girls that get it, get it. And the girls that don’t, don’t.
Keep in mind, these proportions are how I particularly prefer my dirty martini. Heavy on the dirty and wet on the vermouth.
Ingredients:
½ oz dry vermouth
¾ oz olive brine
2 oz dry gin
3 blue cheese stuffed olives
Directions:
In a cocktail mixing glass, combine dry vermouth, olive brine, and gin. Add ice and stir for at least thirty seconds. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with three blue cheese stuffed olives.
