Caviar Bump Martini

Every year for Christmas Eve my family celebrates the “Feast of the Seven Fishes” and what more fun way to incorporate it into the spread with a good martini 🍸

You can make your martini however you like — this is just one of the pairings I find so so so delicious!

Ingredients:

  • ¾ oz dry vermouth

  • 4 dashes yuzu bitters

  • 3 oz gin

  • spritz of absinthe

  • caviar of choice

  • tiny lemon twist

Directions:

  1. Add dry vermouth, bitters, and gin into a cocktail mixing glass with ice and stir until chilled and velvety.

  2. Strain into a chilled rocks glass over a large ice cube and spritz the absinthe (or rinse the glass with it prior to adding the ice cube).

  3. Garnish with caviar on a small wooden spoon; express the oils from the tiny lemon twist directly onto the caviar.
