Poison Apple

This Poision Apple cocktail is a really fun way to get in the Halloween spirit — the hibiscus water really adds a level of flavor to the tartness of the lemon and it’s perfectly balanced.

Ingredients:

  • ½ oz lemon juice

  • ½ oz grenadine

  • ½ oz apple liqueur

  • 1½ oz apple jack

  • 1½ oz hibiscus water

  • pinch of gold luster dust

  • garnish: dry ice pellet + dehydrated lemon slice

Directions:

In a cocktail shaker, combine lemon juice, grenadine, apple liqueur, calvados, hibiscus water, and luster dust. Add ice and shake virosougly.

Strain over fresh ice in a spritz glass.

Top with a dry ice pellet and garnish with a dehydrated lemon wheel.
