Bergamot Gin Smash

Adding Empress Gin to any cocktail will instantly turn any regular gin drink into straight up eye candy. The cucumber matched with the bergamot liqueur is an absolute refreshing summer sip.

Ingredients:

  • 3 cucumber slices

  • ¾ oz lime juice

  • ¾ oz rosemary syrup

  • 1 oz bergamot liqueur

  • 2 oz Empress Gin

  • tonic water

  • garnish: cucumber ribbon

Directions:

Combine cucumber slices, lime juice, and simple syrup into a cocktail shaker and muddle. Add bergamot liqueur and gin, along with ice, and shake vigorously for approximately thirty seconds, until chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over fresh ice. Top with tonic water. Garnish with a cucumber ribbon.
